Will Microsoft push Silverlight via a redesign of Microsoft.com?

As the post at Slashdot and article notes, there are no significant sites using this technology at present, and it requires the website to be running Microsoft's IIS server and .Net.
Some how, I can't see webmasters (and FDs being asked to pay for IIS servers) rushing to embrace this, no matter what MS do with their own site.
